Can it charge two devices?

Yes. The charger features Dual Charge capability using the built-in cable and an additional USB-C port. Please note that when charging two devices simultaneously, the total output is shared at 15W to ensure a stable and safe power supply for both devices.

Can I use it internationally?

Yes. Objet Charger supports universal input (AC 100–240V, 50/60Hz) and is available with US (Type A)

Is the product safety certified?

Yes. It holds certifications for the US (FCC, ETL), Europe (CE, RoHS), and Korea (KC).

Does it support fast charging?

Yes. The device supports various voltage profiles (5V to 20V) and PPS (3.3–11V), making it compatible with the latest fast-charging protocols for modern smartphones and tablets.

What are the input and output of the charger?

Input:

- AC 100-240V~ 50/60Hz, 0.8A (Max.)

Output:

- Single Device: Max 35W (5.0V=3.0A, 9.0V=3.0A, 12.0V=2.5A, 15.0V=2.33A, 20.0V=1.75A)

- Two Devices: 15W (5V/3A)

- PPS: 5.0V-9.0Vdc, 3.0A, 5.0V-11.0Vdc, 2.5A

⚠️ Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Notice

  • Sealing Tape Policy: Products with the factory sealing tape removed or broken are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless covered under the 5-Day Arrival Issues or 1-Year Functional Warranty).


1. Unopened Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

We accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all factory seals and packaging intact.
  • Fees: Return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, please submit a return request for your original item and place a new order online.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items on Arrival (5 Days)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund within 5 days of delivery.

  • Requirement: Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and original shipping packaging are required to process your claim.
  • Cost: No additional shipping or restocking fees will apply.


3. Functional Warranty (365 Days)

We offer a 1-year warranty covering functional defects occurring during normal, intended use within 365 days of delivery.

  • Coverage: Eligible items with functional defects will be replaced with a free replacement unit.
  • Exclusions: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
