30-Day Return Guarantee:

If you find it’s not quite the right match, no problem — simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you start a return.
*Please note that the return shipping and restocking fees of $12 will be deducted from your refund.

To qualify:
✅ The product must be in like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage.
✅ All original packaging and accessories must be included.
✅ Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@ornaobjet.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Change of mind after visible use, damage, or missing parts
❌ Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
❌ Minor color or finish variations that don’t impact performance

Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Replacements ship free of charge.
